I tried replacing the brake switch, and that was not the problem. 2nd solution was to check the ground wires by the fuse box under the passenger's feet. Be prepared. I cant exactly see outside, but there is no metal where the ground wires were attached. Re grounded the wires, and problem went away. Thank you!
