I just finished finding a leak that was splashing on the belt, getting thrown onto fan and covering my engine.
2 trips to car wash and 5 cans of brake cleaner later and fan shroud removed...
I think I see it. I remove belt tentioner and to my surprise.
Some time ago it cut into timing chain cover. So someone before made changed it after it failed, but never bothered to fix the cut and leak...
Q: how would you go about fixing it?
Easy way JB weld?
Or pull cover off and replace.

 

For a permanent fix, I would pull the cover off and replace it.
