Rough idle

Beating a dead horse here but I was hoping somebody could help. There is so much conflicting info on this issue and several opinions on what to start with.
The back story
Bought my 05 f150 5.4 3 months ago in great shape had a shop check it out and everything is fine with it other then the e-brake light.
2 months ago- edge programmer for more power
Two weeks ago- serpentine belt breaks in half which broke the wiring harness for both cam position sensors had a shop replace all three items and complete an oil change. ( 450.00)
Take the truck home 3 blocks away and check engine light is on. Truck running rough at low rpm/idle truck idles in gear around 520 rpm. When the truck is up to speed or medium to hard accelerating its fine only rough at idle or low acceleration.
Truck is spitting out 4 codes
P0011- intake camshaft position timing over advanced bank 1
P0022- intake camshaft position timing over retard bank 2
P0345- camshaft position sensor a circuit bank 2
P0349- camshaft position sensor a circuit intermittent bank 2

Take the truck back in assuming their wiring was faulty to be told it was all fine. They keep the truck to perform 8 hours of diagnosis charge me 150.00 and tell me my motor isn't compiling enough oil pressure to get cam phasers to actuate (only 25 psi at idle) had them swap 5-30 for now 10-30 helped a little but still idling rough. Why did this all occur after they touched it? Haven't had any other issues with the truck. They said spend 600 on bandaud fixes misc parts or 4,000 for a new motor. I'm thinking to start working on it myself where do I start? Any help would be much appreciated!!!
Thanks
Tyler
