Well thanks to info on this forum I was able to clean both the MAF and TB. Throttle body didn't look bad but cleaned it anyway. Glad I did. Had new 5.4 installed few months ago. Found air box had two bolts that had not been tightened. I was able to remove them by hand. Then found right rear TB bolt was also not tightened and I was able to remove it by hand. Everything is now back together and all snugged up nice and tight. Thanks to all those who take the time to post info and how to articles.
