2005 Cam Phaser, timing chain and tensioners

Well everyone here I go,
The noise has become unbearable and I feel that it's start to affect performance as well.

I am going to replace cam Phasers, timing chain and tensioners on my 2005 F150 5.4. 130,000 miles and I want it to hit 200,000.

Does anyone have a parts list that I will need to do all of this and or a video to watch on proper replacement?

I there are any other tips or suggestions or questions, please send and or ask.

I will also send updates to this process and document noise before and after for all of us with this little issue.

Also, if you would like to contact me directly on this go ahead at cheebiechi@gmail.com

Thanks for the site
Matt

I am at 176k miles...

I changed the spark plugs about 1200 miles ago...truck ran great...
A week later, I was stranded on the side of the road ... had it towed home and started to track down misfires...couldn't fix it on my own...towed it to the dealer...phasers and solenoids. They said the truck was the quietest running 05 they had heard, so tensioners and guides were not necessary...1200 miles later truck is running bad, and they say new engine because of low compression on 3 cylinders...

I think its a craps shoot...

I'm still in denial about the engine cuz I don't have the money to pay for a new engine...
