2004 F150 5.4 v8

I have a 04 F150 V8 5.4L. I am having a no crank issue. I turn the key and get full lights on the dash and everything works properly until I turn the key to start. I do not hear the solenoid from the starter engaging, and the engine does not attempt to turn over. I have attempted to jump the truck off but no change, still no crank.

I started off replaceing the starter power relay. Once I had the relay replaced I began having issues identical to this youtube demonstration @2:23 with the anti theft light and @2:57 with the clicking.

So, I noted burn markings but no tripped fuse on fuse 34 @4:00. For good measure I replaced the fuel pump driver due to minor corrosion. Replacing the fuse 34 and the fuel pump driver did correct the anti theft light and clicking in the engine. But the problem reverted back to my original issue (nothing when I turn the key to start).

Going back to youtube, I noticed another video showing another F150 having another similar issue to mine.
@16:35 he bumps the PCM Relay and discovers that there was an issue with PCM power relay and steals the power relay for the tow lights and the vehicle starts up. I attempted this no change.

I did note that when I do turn the key to on the PCM Relay does 'click' and the starter relay does click when the key is turned to start.

These are not my videos and are only the videos that i have used for troubleshooting.
