If so many people are having this issue, why hasn't there been a recall on this issue????? If this is one of FORDS better ideas, they should go back to the drawing board! Darn it to HELL! Several times I have been left with a dead battery. I've gone through multiple cans ofWD40 trying to resolve this issue! HELP ME PLEASE

 

No recall because it's not a safety-related issue.

 

Thank you. I understand the safety related issue, but if it's a well known issue, one would think Ford would be willing to stand behind it's products... Just saying, because just frustrated. Thank you for your reply.

 

I'm sure they would have repaired it for you when still on warranty.
