Another moron lifting his F150 questions.

I ordered a 3" spacer and uniball upper control arm kit. I have air bags in the rear that Ill use to level the truck out. Ill be running 315/70/17 tires. On 17x9 x 4.5" backspacing wheels. What problems am I going to encounter? Ie CV axle shaft angles, rack and pinion issues, turning/rubbing. This neanderthal thanks you in advance.

To put it simply, you'll have a good amount of problems with a 3" spacer and those wheels.

The spacer you need to return and go with something smaller, 2.5" at the MAX. With a 3" spacer all your suspension angles are going to be very extreme. It'll greatly increase the wear on ball joints, tie rod ends -'d cv axles. It'll also make a alignment harder to hold and harder to get done properly.

The wheels are going to give you a good amount of rubbing issues as well. 35x12.50's like you want to run only really clear well on stock or stock like wheels. Your wheels have a good bit lower back spacing and are wider which is going to lead to increased rubbing.

No offense, but if you've ordered everything already your going to end up with a big headache that could've been avoided with research as this kind of topic gets covered on here almost daily.

ok right on I have a 2" leveling spacer as well that I ran for the first 100k miles on the truck. Ran great except for my upper ball joint didn't particularly care for it. Uniball arm should take care of that. The tires I got are 80% tread and EASILY resalable. I got 8 of them for SUPER cheap. Ill sell them for profit and buy some new 33s.

Sounds like you're on the right track then. Definitely don't install that 3" spacer, keep the 2" on there and replace your upper ball joints.
