Hi there, I just had a few questions on my mind I would like answers too...
1) I want to know what kinda after market exhausts I can put on my truck to give it a little bit of a rumble? I have an '06 F-150 2D 4.2L V-6 engine rear wheel drive. with no power options at all.
2) I want to get a alarm system for it but want to know is it possible that it could have a stock system under the hood?
3) How hard/difficult is it to install 2 door actuators your self? It would be nice to have an automatic lock and unlock on it.

1. Ain't gonna happen - it's a V6. Exhausts sound terrible on this engine.

2. Al factory trucks have rudimentary alarm systems - refer to yer Owner's Guide.

3. Can be done. How handy are ye? Lots to change to integrate this - may not be a good value proposition.

I would consider my self pretty handy, creative when I might run into a problem.

Yes, it can both be done. I didn't do a alarm on my old truck, but I installed keyless entry and power windows. Not really that hard. Ditch oriellys and go online, you'll save a lot of money. Many keyless kits go for about 30-40 bucks. I used OEM regulators for the power windows from tasca and I bought a switch kit from a1electric.com and wired it up. Even had the cover for the door panels and the switches illuminated with the the lights were on.
