My 5.4 started running ruff. scanner said cylinder 1 misfire. My plugs were replaced 6 months ago so I replaced the ignition coil. After starting the truck my check engine light came back on. Scanner said
Cylinder 1,2 and 3 misfire.
Oxygen sensor stuck rich
Bank 1 system too rich.
I took it out on the road and got down on. After I got up to 55 mph the truck ran fine. When I got home and let it idle it started running ruff again.
My question is if I drive it will smooth out since replacing the coil and let the system reset?
