04 F150 no forward gears

I have a 2004 F150 that has been running great, transmission hasn't been slipping or showing any signs of failure. I parked the truck yesterday, got in it today and now it won't move. No forward gears at all but reverse works fine. Code came up P0720 which is the output speed sensor. Replaced that with a new one and truck still won't move. Transmission Malfunction and engine failsafe mode lights are both on as well as the O/D light flashing. Any ideas?

^^ Ideas? Yep.

1. Ask mods to move yer post to the "Transmissions" forum for better responses. It's where the experts live.

2. Use Search to pull up the hundreds of "I Gots NO Fekkin' For'rd Gears!" threads.

One example: https://www.f150online.com/forums/tr...ard-gears.html

3. A rebuild / refurb is likely.

4. Saying 'Please' and 'Thankee' would not cost you anything and would display some basic common courtesy and perhaps elicit like responses.

Thanks for the quick response!

I did search but I guess my search skills are lacking.

Mods: please move this to the correct forum.
