5.4 3v Running like crap, stalling, Bucking

So i have an 05', with the motor out of an 07', approximately 45k on the motor, and 170k on the rest of the truck.

The truck is running like crap, stalling every once in a while, not idling, not reving even with the pedal buried, bucking at speed etc.

throwing these codes.

p0191 p0172 p0175 p2196 p2198

it honestly feels like it is not getting air, and the thing is drinking fuel(like 8mpg)

thoughts?

Thoughts? Yep.

Maintenance, FPDM, plugs, injectors fer starters.

P0191 Ford - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

Possible causes

- Low or no fuel
- High fuel pressure
- Low fuel pressure
- Faulty Rail Pressure (FRP) Sensor
- FRP harness is open or shorted
- FRP circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Fuel Pump
- Vacuum leaks

P2196 Ford - Lack of HO2S-11 Switch Sensor Indicates Rich

Possible causes

- Faulty Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1
- Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 harness is open or shorted
- Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 circuit poor electrical connection
- Inappropriate fuel pressure
- Faulty fuel injectors
- Intake air leaks may be faulty
- Vacuums leaks

P2198 is the same but bank 2.

P0172 Ford - System Too Rich Bank 1

Possible causes

- Faulty front heated oxygen sensor
- Ignition misfiring
- Faulty fuel injectors
- Exhaust gas leaks
- Incorrect fuel pressure
- Faulty Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor

P0175 is the same but bank 2.

I sure see some commonality in these codes. Something is dumping tons of fuel in. I'd suspect high fuel pressure and/or stuck injectors. Could be the FPDM, could be the FRPS. Fix it before it hydrolocks.

Wouldn't hurt to check the intake, I've heard of the snorkel sucking sound deadening material or other debris into it. However, there is definitely a fuel pressure-related problem too.

Im going to get some more gas...ugh

and go over to the garage and clean the intake out and i have a spare TPS switch that wouldn't hurt to thrown on and see what happens, i am thinking the FRPS...or hm maybe even a vacuum leak?

Got a scanner that can monitor the fuel pressure PID?

Don't discount the FPDM. If you used a Dorman instead of a Motorcraft, it's quite suspect.

Are the injectors out of the 05 or 07 motor? If the 05, replace them, they leak.
