Will the redesigned heads from a 2009 5.4 3v fit on a 5.4 3v from 2005. I've been reading and they changed the design to fix the sparkplug problem but did they change anything else like where the head bolts are or the intake ports ,etc. Im considering getting my engine rebuilt and am wondering if it would be worth it to get the redesigned heads or get the heads on the engine rebuilt. I know i can get re-manufactured crate engines but i'd like to change the cams and get the heads ported. Thanks!
