Hi, new to this forum. Hope I'm posting in the right area. I have a 2004 F150 Lariat with 170k miles. Here is my 4x4 problem: The 4WL works fine, I use it a lot don't have any problems with it. The 4WH does not work. No 4WH light on the display and no sound at the wheel ends. I don't have any noise in 2wL. I hear the clicking sound at the firewall as I switch the switch to 4WH but that is it. I don't have any noise in 2WL. From time to time the 4WH light will come on but only for a sec or 2 and then go off again.

Maybe someone ran into this problem or has an idea what to check.
