I searched and searched and could not find a definite answer. It was anywhere from 101.5" all the way to 103"

Rockauto had 103" listed for my year and engine (07 5.4 3V).
So I bought it and installed it tonight. It fit. It was very tight and I think there was no way a smaller belt would have fit.

So in my experience for an 07 5.4 3v the 103" is what you wanna go with.
