Heater Issues

Hey,

First I have a 2008 Supercrew.

When I turn the heat on its hot but very little blows out the dash vents towards the center of the truck and the vents next to the door almost no heat. defrosters seem to work fine and and the floor vents seem ok.

Is a heater duct off or somthing in the controllers? any idea where I can start looking?

Thanks, John

Thanks for the link but don't think this is my problem, I have all my heater speeds just lower heat output from the ducts.
