A/C Intermittently Stops Working

Hello, I have a 2005 F150 STX I have had sine new, I just started having trouble with the A/C, most of the time the A/C does not work, I get in to leave for work and turn on the A/C and it does not come on at all, if I hit a pot hole on the way to work sometimes it will come on and sometimes not, I replaced the resistor in the glove box 2 weeks ago and the A/C worked great every time I turned it on for the 1st week now it is back to not working at all again except for the occasional lucky Pot hole I might hit by accident, does this mean it is the Blower Motor? or should I be looking at something else also? I looked for Youtube video's to try and see if I could change the Blower Motor myself but could not find any videos for my particular year, is it very hard to change out with minimal tools? I have basic skills and would like to try and fix this myself and save some money if possible but if not I will take it to a mechanic because driving in this Florida heat with no A/C Is brutal, any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you Michael
