Exclamation Speedo is off by 19 mph

Hi All
Once again I am in need of help, I put a new face on my gauges
and I must bumped the speedo, because it is off by 19 mph
nothing else has been touched, stock tires etc.
is there a way to recalibrate the speedo..any help would be great

2006 f150 xlt 5.4 triton

You need to pull the gauges out, remove the needle, and reposition it. If you use a tuner to reset the speedo, then your odometer will be off. I just did this swapping the clear needles from a Mark LT cluster onto my XLT, had to reset the needles a couple times

Well I guess my eye's are bad, as I cant figure out how to get the needles off
is there a set screw, or just pull off....Thanks Kevin

You get a fork and gently pull straight up. they're a pressure fit and will pop loose

Well I took off the needle, and guessed at where it should be, as of now
the speedo is only off by 4 mph, so I can live that.

You're welcome. I had to do it a couple times to get my tach and speedo correct. My gas gauge is a little optimistic now, but not enough to bother taking apart the dash again.
