Help with interpreting codes

Hello folks,
Lately while driving, my truck keeps randomly going into "engine failsafe mode"

When this happens I slip it into neutral, cut off the ignition and restart it. Doing this clears things up and it runs normal again but it does store the codes.
But every couple days it happens again.
Here's the codes that I read from my programmer:
#1- P2106 THROTTLE ACTUATOR CTRL SYSTEM-FORCED LIMITED POWER
#2- P2135 THROTTLE/PEDAL.SENS/SW A/B VOLTAGE CORRELATION

I'm thinking this is something to do with the throttle by wire system on the throttle body?

What ya'll think?
