I was hoping it would be a wheel I'd know, but I'm unsure about those. If they're 20x10" with up to -24, you'll have a bit of rubbing, but trimming should take care of it. But if those happen to be 12" wide, which they might be, they may or may not fit without some rubbing after trimming.
I will say that I don't think that's a particularly good deal. Those tires are $1400 or so new, and the wheels are maybe $1000 depending on what they are. Depending on how much tread is left, those tires are worth maybe $400+ and the wheels maybe $600 or so. That's my opinion anyway. And you should definitely check to see how many balancing weights are on each wheel. If any are double stacked or over 10 or so, I would walk away. I'd want to see how they clean up before buying them too.
