lighting help

i replaced my leaky third brake light with an ipcw Bermuda black one, not going to lie i prolly plug it in wrong and im sure it blew the fuse, problem is ive switched the 30a circuit breaker <fuse 401> and still nothing works. i went from a completely functioning lights <minus leaking still lit up> to nothing cant even roll windows down or turn on interior lights.

ive taken the ipcw out and plugged the blubs back in swapped the 30a circuit breaker and still nothing so that tells me its somewhere else cause i dont think 2 brand new circuit breakers are going to be bad right off the shelf.

so where im at right now :
put old blubs back in
tried 2 different brand new 30a circuit breakers
no power windows/dome light/map light/cargo light

ive tested the icpw light with the brake light it works both the red parts and the white parts light up with the brake pedal pressed <tested by swapping the plug to brake plug>

i dont know where else to check but when i turn the key to the position just before starting i can hear a click that tells me relay? but i have no freaking clue where it could be or which one...
