Radio volume changes

Having issue with my radio in f150. Turn the truck on radio is fine. Come to use the brakes and release it the volume lowers. Press the brakes and volume goes up. why would pressing the brakes change this. Could it be a short or ground?

theres a speed volume feature on the stock stereo where you can adjust the volume to be louder the faster youre going. My guess is that its set high and when you slow down to a stop it goes way down.

Glad I'm not the only one that had the problem. There was a wire going to the radio as an input from the backup warning, if I remember correctly. Snipped and taped up the ends and the problem went away.
