Battery drain

My 2005 Lariat dies if it sits for more than a couple days. Where should I look to fix this. I have a multimeter and a pretty good understanding of 12v DC

I have been trying to remember the exact procedure, but I THINK you disconnect negative from battery then put test light across positive (test light hooked to negative), and if lights bright you have a draw, I asked on here coupla days ago to confirm this is right, I have a 625W linear in my truck and even off it was still somehow on and draining battery and this was how I found it, now I just pull fuse from box when not using. Hopefully someone can chime in if I got it right and good luck.
