Do i have a bad spindle?

I need some advise here guys. i have an 05 2WD and recently changed my rotors. I notice that i cannot torque the driver side up to 295 lbs because it will not spin freely unlike the passenger side that spins freely when torque right. I tried to switch the rotors and still the driver side will not spin freely if i torque it right. I can only torque it to 50 lbs to spin freely.

Do i need a new spindle or just a spindle assembly? Is there a way around it. I dont want to waste another set of spindle nut since i cant re-use it. I'm not comfortable driving it with only 50 lbs of torque in the driver side/

Thanks in advance.

Did you measure the length of the spindle snout and compare sides?
Is it possible the nuts you have are different diameters?
Are you sure there was no part of the old bearing still stuck to the spindle when the new hub/rotor assembly was attached?
The wheel bearing needs to be torqued at that high value to maintain the correct clamp load on the races for optimal life and performance.

From: San Diego Ca,
No i idd not measure the length of the snout. I will meassure this weekend and try the other nut on driver side also before buying another set of nut again. I cleaned the spindle snout very well and free of debris before installing.

Thanks for the response
