Help with touching up some places

So my wiper cowl, door handles and wiper blade arms are pretty faded and I wanted to paint them black and make them look new and I have a couple of questions.
1) What's the best paint to use for these exterior parts?
2) How do I take off the wiper cowl?
3) How do I prep the parts?
4) Should I take off the door handles to paint them or leave them on the truck?

Thanks for the help.

I have a friend that works for a local body shop, he introduced me to a paint call "trim black" there are a few brands, the one they use is made by SEM it's kinda pricey , about $20 per can but it works great.. I buy it from o'rileys , they don't keep it on the retail shelves, it's usually In the back with the wholesale / shop items.. I can get you the part number if needed...it's a self etching paint so it sticks to just about anything,,, I have used it several times and have never had a problem with it.. Hope this helps

#1. Don't use paint. It will flake off too fast... Use a permanent plastics dye. I use Showroom New with great results.
#2. Wash the truck, then use that wax remover stuff you use for paint to strip the wax off the plastics.
#3. Tape them off, and apply thoroughly to your plastics. Let them drink up as much of the dye as they want.
#4. Enjoy nice pretty black plastics again...
