successful sparkplug change, but...

I have ~66K on my 2008 5.4L 3V (black COPs) XLT Supercrew. I had the plugs changed and the transmission serviced today at the dealership... not a job I wanted to attempt myself. I have periodically run techron in the tank since new and ran it in the last 3 consecutive tanks. All plugs came out fine. I also had the transmission flushed (I know some advise against this, but the dealership recommended it) and the pan dropped and gasket and filter changed ( I insisted on this). When they pulled the trans pan they found 1 valve body bolt laying in the pan and 7 other valve body/solenoid bolts were not torqued to spec. The pan has never been removed. This is straight from the factory in KC, MO. I am glad to have it done and glad I had the filter changed, but hated to drop $744 on the job. I hate to think about what could have happened if they would not have dropped the pan. Attached is a pic of the plugs. Sorry about the phone quality. They are a little rusty, but in one piece.

check out my album if photo doesn't appear...

Has anyone had this loose bolt issue? Could any damage have occurred with one bolt out and the remaining loose bolts? Thanks for the input!

I'll be dropping the pan on dads 4spd this week. I'll take note if the VB bolts are loose or out of spec. 69Kmiles.
