Fuel pressure test

Hey Guys,

What is the best way to do a fuel pressure test on a 2005 Screw 5.4L? I see there is not a test port in the rail. Thinking I need a new fuel pump but want to make sure before I buy one.

I was leaving work two days ago and when I whent to start the truck I heard the fuel pump hum like normal and then slowly die off. The truck turns over fine but no ignition. Being -19F I had it towed to my house and warmed it up in the garage. Thought maybe froze fuel line or something but still nothing. Not hearing the pump any more also. Going to check the FPDM tonight. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
