Why would you bother? Most vehicles don't have them, and the ones that do rarely have the cabin air filter changed often enough to make it effective. Likely lots of hassle to add a component with limited functional value.

You have a link to this fabled part? I had a link bookmarked before my old tower went bye-bye that mentioned the Expy CAF going in through the passenger side kick panel. Can't find it now, though.

That aside, one of these days I will bother pulling the cowel cover off and seeing how I can rig up a CAF over the intake that should be down there.

There certainly isn't any spot for one inside and under the dash like there is on my '03...

I drive on a lot of dirt roads and at the end of the day I could start a garden on my dashboard. Its either add a filter or keep wiping it down daily.

I change the cabin filter on my wife's car every year...amazing the dirt & crap it catches. Even found a bumble bee and a yellow jacket it it once [dead].

Great, the majority of vehicle owners don't even know they have one (in vehicles so equipped).

They are like 25 bucks to replace by me .... and the dealer forget about it

I've never had a problem not having one and actually enjoy not having one

If you drive down a road with your windows open just once you have put more dust in your car than you would having the blower on
