Clicking relay in dash after LED swap
Clicking relay in dash after LED swap
Hello,
I have a 2005 F-150 Lariat SuperCrew, I recently swapped all exterior (minus headlights and fog lights) to LED bulbs. After doing so I have now began to notice and audible clicking noise that sounds like it is coming from the underside of the dash on the passenger side. It clicks when I depress the brake pedal and then again when I let off the brake. It also clicks along with the blinker when it is on, but doesn't click with the blinker when I have the brake pressed. It makes no noise at all if my headlights are on.
I was wondering if anyone had any similar issues or might know what is causing this or knows how to get it fixed? I do have inline resistors installed at each blinker bulb location to stop the hyperflash.
