I have been having a rough idle once engine is hot issue and from reading here I learned the first step is to clean the throttle body (My truck is a 2005 fx4 with a 5.4 ltr engine). I was able to get two of the 4 bolts out to remove the airbox but the other 2 just turn and turn in the intake and never come out. Anyone else ever have this issue? Thank you for any help.

 

the metal inserts might be stripped in the molded plastic....try carefully prying up and turning it out at the same time or when prying they might just pop out and the inserts will need to be epoxied back in place...
