Question I think I have a PATS problem

I have a 2004 F150 STX

What I need to know is how to find out for sure that I do have a PATS problem? As far as my anti theft light, I can't remember exactly how it flashed when there wasn't a problem. Currently it is flashing every second continuously, when the key is out and off. My other question Is. What is this thing about the left light blinking? is that another indication of a PATS problem?

It turns over fine, just there is no fire, and won't start. I have checked the all the fuses.

Yes you have a PATS system. The light should be flashing about every second or so.
Not sure what your are talking about as far as the left light blinking. It may be bleed over from the security light is it is at the same time as the security light.

Will not start, it cranks, but will not fire. I have the older style 04 model and it is a STX(heritage) Do you think I have that FPDM in the same -place as other F150's ?
