Gremlins in electrical

Been a while since I've posted, but this has me bumfuzzled.
The truck is an '08 FX4, 5.4L, F-150 that I bought used and always thought the electrical was a little jicky but yesterday really convinced mem that Gremlins have taken up residence in the truck.
About two weeks ago I noticed the passenger side map light and driver side cargo lamp had quit working. Wasn't too concerned at the the time, a little suspicious but figured I'd get to it sooner or later.
This last Saturday rolled around and brought some of those West Texas thunderstorms that'll dump a couple of inches in a hour or so, and when it does, this town ain't equipped to handle that kind of water and the roads flood in no time.
I'm driving around, not recklessly but I probably went thru a couple of those puddles a little faster than I should've when I noticed that my low tire pressure dash lamp was on. This concerned me because as far as I know this truck is not equipped with a low tire pressure system.
Anyway, I pulled into a local restaurant and checked my tires and they were all right so I turned the truck off, went inside to eat and figured the thing would reset when I started the truck back up....it didn't.
Went home and decided to disconnect the battery and see if it would do a system reset, got online here and did the 15 minute disconnect with the lights on as was recommended and it didn't fix the problem.
So I thought while I was here I would check the passenger map bulb and sure enough it didn't appear to be burned out, but I swapped it with the driver side bulb to see if the trouble followed the swap and HERE'S where it gets interesting:

Now no interior lamps at all, no cargo lamps at all, no power windows and no A/C (that bites down here in Texas, even in late September ya'll!).
No radio, and no instrument cluster at all.
Owner's manual isn't leading me to any one fuse that would tie all of this together, and I'm at a total loss as to what the fix would be.
Hoping the fine folks on this great forum might lead me in the right direction.
Heehee that pesky low tire lamp ain't burnin' anymore!
