Front end vibrating sometimes

I have been noticing a vibration while traveling between 20 and 40 mph.
I replaced the drivers side wheel hub assembly 6 months ago,
I replaced the passenger side wheel hub assembly 3 weeks ago.
Original tires, I should rotate them.
I hear a faint scraping sound when I drive with the windows down, the sound does not get louder when I apply the brakes.
I don't know what to check first.

Any ideas?

Did you check vacuum lines, might double check all the caliper bolts for tightness while your checking over things.

I have not checked for vacuum, I am noticing a lot of guys here have vacuum leaks.

I did check various bolts while I replaced the passenger side wheel hub assembly, not sure if I checked them all.

Thanks for the reply. I will check into it as soon as I have time.

I jacked it up, and rotated my tires.
While I was under there I checked the brakes, noting is loose.

Drove to work and still have the scarping noise, so I called Ford.
It goes in Monday.

I took it to Ford, they said all the noises are normal of a truck that age.

The transmission hard shift at 25mph is because the transmission thinks i am slowing down and when i hit the gas it revs up and jerks into gear.

No charge for no service, just a test drive.
