Mine is a flareside regular cab '06 XLT w/5.4 and only 53k miles.

I don't see that configuration on KBB or any site that provides an estimated blue book value.

What I think is rare is a reg cab short wheelbase with the 5.4 which is what I have. Most reg cabs I see have either the little 6 banger or the 4.6.

I have one 5.5 Scab too.

It´s a 2005 STX 4.6l 2wd, with some 35 MT tires, and OEM FX4 fender flares.

I think the more rare truck is the super crew cab with a step side bed. I've only seen one. I don't know if the person made it custom or it came from the factory like that.

The rarest truck I've seen ford f150 wise was a new style 2004 ford f150 lariat super cab with the 8ft box and the HD package, it was weird to see a lariat with 7 lug steel wheels, these trucks do exist, only made in 2004 and all early build from the Kansas factory

My dad's FX4 is a crew/flare.

I knew someone with a Scab/5.5 lariat and a bench seat up front. Almost looked like a parts bin truck
