new here..need some help?

i have a 2005 f150 with the retangle fog lamps...my passeneger side one busted and i need to replace it...

question 1
is there a how to guide somewhere that shows the steps to removing the old one and replacing the new one?

i need to replace the bulbs as well...i got confused with all the talk about bulb wattage and melting etc...ford wants like 20 buck for one bulb...can i get replacement bulbs somewhere else and if so...what kind do i need?
