Front Brake caliper help

I went to do my front brakes on my 2006 f150 and I removed the 2 13mm bolts and went to pull the caliper off and when it got about half way it stopped and wouldnt got any further, felt like it was getting hung up on something. I loosened the bleeder valve to see if I could get my self a little more room (got a little) but didnt work. Anything else I can try?

There is a Projection on the Inner Pad that is causing it to not come off Just take a fairly large screwdriver & stick it in the hole at the top of the Caliper & Pry outward it will compress the pistons enough to clear the Projection & it should come off then.
