need 4x4 help

Can anyone help. I have an 06 that will not go into 4x4. I have replaced the shift motor and solenoid. I have 20lbs of pressure holding at my hubs. Have pulled off the actuators and they seem to be working fine. It sounds like it is shifting into 4x4 the front axle is turning I even jacked it up and the axle spins with the tire but I get no pull from the 4x4. Put the rear up on jacks and the front tires will not take off. Have read and applied many of the threads posted on IWEs but need more on my issue

I would see if the front drive shaft turns. If it does and nothing from the front axles then I would open up the differential.

Metal shavings in the oil. The oil could look silverish. When my rear differential spiders went I had chunks of metal at the bottom.
Make sure the front drive shaft turns first though. If the front shaft don't turn then you know your problem is in the t-case.

Wrong year. That is only for the 97-03 F150. Your front wheels engage /disengage at the wheel hub (IWE). That along with the TC shifting.

Drive shaft and axles all turn manually when it is in 4x4 up on blocks. I put in 2wd and they do not. I do not have a full hoist to put the truck up but put up the rear and front wheels will not take off. I even watch axles turn from under when it is in 4x4. Everything seems to go except grab from front tires

If everything turns including the half shafts then you must have an IWE problem or hub issue

Lights come on
If everything is turning, wouldn't the IWE be working?
