I have a 2.5 inch leveling kit on my 05 right now. Iam not really happy with it. i want to go up to a 4. so I was wondering if it is possible to get a lift kit for the front only. This way i can go higher with out putting the excessive stress on the components.

why not the whole kit? your rear end will be lower than the front and you will eventually jump for the rear lift...

 

If you want 4" you'll have to buy a whole kit with the drop down crossmember, whether you use the block it not is up to you. I'm pretty sure no one sells them separately.

Excessive stress would be in the front, the rear isn't going to affect the angles.
