Squeaky Windows

So every window in my truck has this very annoying "squeak" when rolling the windows up and down. Has anyone ever tried lubricating the dust seals with something to prevent this from happening?? I don't want to use something that will constantly leave streaks on the window. Just curious if anyone has dealt with this...

You can get silicone spray for the rubber around the windows. That should stop the squeaking. I would not use oil or anything petroleum based.

mine all do the same thing. if i remember right its not the rubber seal around the windows but the motor or the chain mechanism inside, sounds crazy but i think i looked it up when i first purchased my truck and remembered that being the case. could be wrong though

My passenger side sqeaks unbelievably loud. I remember seeing the thread about the motor or gears or wheels or something. I have a hard time believing that because mine doesnt squeak at all when it rains and the window is wet.
