Turning right vibration

I have been having an issue when turning right from a stop. As I roll out from a stop and turn right, I have a vibration in the front end. I doesn't do it turning left, or going straight. If I roll it of the stop straight for a second, then turn there is not an issue. I slid under the truck and looked at the steering gear and noticed a build up of gunk on the driver side boot, but the is no tear. Anybody else ever have this issue?

I had an issue similar to this. Slight vibration on gentle pull off from stop during turning. Had a couple shops and even ford place suggest valves in transmission. I replaced the rear end oil with modifier and havent had a problem since. May not be your problem but it was mine.

Thanks for the reply. I did change the rear end fluid about 4000 miles ago. I just changed out the sway bar links to solve a clunking problem. So far I have not been able to duplicate the vibration. Maybe I took out 2 birds with 1 stone.
