6 inch lift help!

I have a 2006 ford f150xlt im wanting to put a 6 inch lift in it but I dont know one that is good for off road and on road(in town). Id like some help or opinions thanks.

What kind of offroad?
4x4 or 4x2?

I have a 2004 with a 6" ProComp that was very good. Very little cutting required. I just bough a used Rough Country 6" 767S for my 2008 Fx4 off of Craig's List in Denver for $600 that looks EXACTLY like the ProComp except for the front crossmember piece. For the money, I think the Rough Country 767S is the best value. If you don't need the shocks, sell them and put Ford raptor Shocks on your truck. It rides so smooth it's scary.

That's because they're are fox racing shocks, pretty top of the line stuff.
