I've never had to do it, but I think you just push it... like pushing a button...

 

Here's the update to my crank /no start issue:
Well after messing around had it towed to dealer ( lucky our auto ins has towing ) . Dealer justed called and it was the crank position sensor. $242 plus tax . $96 for diagnostic and the rest is part and labor. Thanks for everyone that helped out
BTW , rock auto has these for 28.96
