This is on the underside of my dash beneath the steering wheel.

thats clearly not a stock item.

Do you have remote start?
Some remote starts have buttons for changing options.

Try tracing the wires... where do they go?

I took it back to the dealership and it is indeed an aftermarket alarm. This is the "Valet" switch. Thanks for all the responses and help.
