Hello there!

I do apologize if this is a re-post, but I wasnt able to find anything.

I got a 09 Power,Heated, Turn-Signal mirrors that I bought from Craiglist.

So I want to replace the 06 , which they are power mirror only, with the 09, base on my research, it can be done, and everything that I read, is that "it can done", " just swap connectors" and things like that, and honestly ... I am lost.. some ppl said to get the connector from ford, other people said that they didnt used it... does anyone can point me on the right direction? I am not looking on getting the heat function ( I live in Texas), but what I really want is the turn signal and the paddle light .

For the turn signal to work you have to move a pin in the connector, it's a ground that needs to be moved. From the research I've done you have to run a new wire up to the connector in order for the puddle lamps to function.

Got it working today!!!! But i will need you guys to understand what happened, the passenger side i had to move 2 pin in order to get the signal turn working but on the driver side i didn't do anything, i plugged my 09 side mirrors and worked perfectly...
