Recently put a rough country 6" lift in my 05 f150. No problems on installation but when in 4x4 when turning it feels like it loads up and then pops, shakes steering wheel than is fine. You can drive down icy highway 90km/h no problems but the second you slow down and turn it binds up again and shutters. When in the snow and ice with no traction it still loads up. Anyone ever had this? Only happened once the lift went in.

 

something to do with the cv axle is my guess. my 2000 was doing essentially the same thing but in 2wd as well. ended up being a broken cv axle.
