I have been thinking about getting a pair of factory towing mirrors for my truck, but I need to know the width to make sure I can still fit in the garage without having to fold the mirror in all the time. BTW, my garage doors are 9ft wide. So for those of you with the factory towing mirrors can take the measurement of the width of your truck with the mirrors folded out but retracted?

Mine would not fit in my 106 3/4" garage ( that 1 1/4" might have been enough not sure though)so I had to get some regular ones. I still have my tow mirrors if you are interested
