okay, i can really use a man's help. my 2004 ford will not start. it worked fine on sunday, but this morning i hit the remote start and the lights came on but the truck did not start. so i went out to check why, everything seems fine all the lights came on. the dash the cab the headlights and tail lights but it will not turn over. it just wont, no sound no clicking or anything??? i have no idea what to do next, i hooked it up to the battery charger but even that didnt help. any suggestions??

Mine just did the same thing yesterday, but I had one click with no start. I replaced the starter and its working now. I know with my remote start, if it fails to start on the first shot I have to play the lock unlock, with remote, open shut door game before it will start again.

 

okay thanks! is there a certain sequence to the lock, unlock, shut/open the door thing? i will try that. if that doesnt work guess i will to get a new starter too. appreciate your help!!

Starter relay
Starter wire connection into fuse box
Remote start emulator module......

 

Open, shut door, lock, unlock (with the remote)... It just resets the remote start. Probably not your problem but worth a try. But remember this when you go to replace the starter or battery, because when I try to start the truck and it doesnt turn over, I have to do this after I fix whatever the problem is before the truck will start.
