Spark plug change how lucky am I

Did 4 lastnite no breakage... whew... slept well.. lol.. woke up this morning to tackle the other 4 on the passenger side... and yet again no breakage!!! lots-o-creaking tho but that's to be expected. All hand tools. Had the Lisle tool incase I needed it but going to return it since didn't use it and put in Champion 7989 one piece. Runs fine.. no problems... and if I do have problems, I won't have the stress of replacing them.

Cured my hesitation I was having. My 2005 Screw has 79K miles on it. Thought it was the fuel filter.. nope.. thought it was the FPDM... nope... was dreading to do the spark plugs but soo happy now!

Happy Holidays everyone!

I know right.. I seen some that were plain nasty. I guess it was good I ran Techron like once a quarter. Help keep the system clean.

Thanks for the info! I'm doing as much research as I can now before I do them next Spring. I still haven't done the plugs in my 05 GT Stang (30k miles)...I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun!

Did you use anything to help get them out? Or did you just back them out as-is?

didn't use anything but did have PB and WD40 on hand. Just went by feel. If it felt like it wasn't going to give then I would've used it but I didn't have to.

Wow. My plugs had 25k on them when I had to change them a 2nd time and they looked far worse than that.
