Is it stock, or does it have some mods? How many miles on it, and have the spark plugs ever been changed? What weight oil are you using?

On the window regulator, get a Dorman from a parts house. Not too hard to change. There may be a write up in the Articles and How To section.

Your spark plugs are overdue, they should be changed every 60k. You should be using 5W20 oil. The throttle body and MAF sensor should be cleaned.

NEVER use carb cleaner on electrical devices. Use MAF cleaner. It's the first sensor in the intake tube after the air box. DO NOT TOUCH the sensor, you can very easily break the fine nichrome wire.

You don't have a MAP sensor, those went away in 1995.

celly...I've changed both front window regulators. In my opinion they are easy, but if you aren't mechanically inclined...it could be hard I suppose. Remove the door panel and then it's just a matter of unbolting the regulator and window. It's been a while since my last one went out. I'm waiting for the rear ones to go....
