I bought my Trifecta in 2007. A couple of months ago, the rear corners of the canvas started coming detached from the frame. The plastic v-channel that is sewn into the tarp and holds it to the frame was tearing in half. Called the company and sent pictures and they said it was covered by their 10 year warrenty. They had me cut the tarp section on the front right corner where the serial number is underneath and mail it to me. They are sending me a brand new system as a replacement...frame, tarp and all. Very cool.
